Can men experience domestic violence too?
Absolutely. Abuse doesn’t discriminate—it can happen to anyone, including men. Whether it’s in a heterosexual or same-sex relationship, no one deserves to feel unsafe. If this sounds like your situation, you’re not alone, and support is here for you.
Do you help survivors rebuild their lives after leaving the shelter?
Absolutely. Our goal isn’t just to offer temporary shelter—we’re here to help you build a new, independent life. We provide job assistance, legal guidance, counseling, and community support to help survivors move forward with confidence.
Will I have to leave everything behind if I come to your shelter?
We understand how hard it is to leave your personal belongings behind. While safety comes first, we will help you retrieve important items when possible and provide essentials like clothing, hygiene products, and other necessities so you can start fresh. We’ll work with you to ensure you have what you need.
